Need elves in your workshop?
If you have staff going on leave during the holidays, you might need temporary help. Here are the basics for temporary staffing firms or contractors to be of optimal assistance to you:
- WHEN do you need the person(s) to start work?
- WHAT skills and experience do you need?
- HOW LONG is your need (the assignment)?
- HOW MUCH is your budget (hourly, project, etc.)?
