Farewell 2014, and what a year it has been at LandaJob. We kicked off the year by re-launching our brand, which has been a big hit with both clients and job seekers. We have continued to serve the marketing and creative community in Kansas City by sponsoring events, speaking to new graduates about job searching, presenting on panels, and volunteering at events.

Most recently, Kathryn Lorenzen was part of the People in Promotions panel at JCCC on Wednesday, Nov. 25. This is an annual event hosted by Gretchen Thum, Professor of Journalism and Media Communications, and it’s always attended by 100+ students and faculty. Kathryn has presented at this event for three years, and this year’s speakers also included Becky Blades (author and Chairman of the Arts Council of Metropolitan Kansas City), Leanne Breiby (Greater Kansas City Community Foundation), and Tricia McKim (Morningstar Communications).

We are looking forward to continued excitement in 2015, which is a big year for LandaJob (more on that to come…)! There are already great events lined up, such as the annual American Advertising Awards, of which LandaJob is one of many great sponsors.
