Account Coordinator

This position supports the client services team in a specialty advertising and marketing agency. Job includes project coordination, team and client communications, organizing meetings and input, maintaining project status, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate has some agency experience, superior communication and organization skills, and high energy. Some knowledge of agency processes and media/production is preferred.

Events Manager

Key member of marketing team of a membership organization, with primary responsibility for planning and executing a full range of events, including social, activities, and programming. This person will manage a budget, relationships with vendor partners, communications with members and internal staff, and all logistics. Must have exceptional project management skills, experience with online registration systems and social media, a great track record of successful events and partnerships, and ability to communicate with positive professionalism. Position requires ability to fulfill some physical demands; some evening and weekend hours.

Needs successful track record including creative positioning, paid advertising (traditional and digital), SEM/SEO, social and email marketing, and branding. Consumer experience preferred, especially involving retail or traffic-building. Must have working knowledge of digital ROI metrics and tools, plus management of large budgets ($1 million+). Preferred leadership style of building, developing, and mentoring for a team of creatives, digital and traditional marketers, and field marketers.

Creative Services Manager

Experienced leader needed for creative services team that serves as an in-house agency for a national brand in a service category. Requires 7-10 years of experience in agency or corporate setting, with portfolio including print advertising and collateral, web design, email and digital advertising, and TV and radio for broadcast. Must have an excellent track record in creating and executing concepts, maintaining brand standards, leading a team of creatives, and maintaining partner/vendor relationships. Graphic design education and background are desired, but a copywriting background will also be considered. Must have extensive print production and broadcast production knowledge, plus knowledge of production needs for digital channels. Needs proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Acrobat, and other design/production tools.

Accomplished print and digital designer needed for an agency that specializes in strategy and product/service launches. The ideal candidate is a rockstar with design and equally as passionate about technology. This person will be a key creative leader in a multidisciplinary team, finding creative solutions both traditional and new. Must have familiarity with prototyping tools (like Sketch, Adobe XD), strong background with UX/UI, and experience with full life cycle digital projects, from concept through go-live. 7-10 years experience with 5+ years in a digital agency or digital
marketing team.

Must have broad and deep technology skills as well as an affinity for creative people and solutions, and demonstrated track record with successful solutions and launches. Must have 7-10 years experience, with agency, including 3+ years of managing a team and developing web-based applications. Needs ability to provide strategic guidance, sell through solutions to teams and clients, and participate in new business efforts. Skills in process workflow, agile methodologies, IA/UX, various CMS, testing techniques, and a desire for continuous learning. Happy culture in a thriving city.
