Associate Program Leader
Contract role, on-site in Kansas City, the Associate Program Leader is responsible for managing the interface between Corporate and the customer team, aligning the strategies of both organizations to guarantee category and consumer relevance along with increased revenue. This is a 3-4+ month opportunity, onsite, 40 hours per week. Develop and drive the implementation plan for all assigned programs for the customer team with a laser focus on executional excellence. Consumer goods category expert to all internal cross-functional partners. Successful candidates are results-oriented, a strong communicator, collaborative & skilled at managing resources. Retail, product and/or customer-facing experience is preferred. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, 3 or more years in business, consumer products, or marketing, including data analysis, team leadership experience on a direct or indirect basis and ability to communicate messages to diverse audiences.
Analyst needed with exceptional problem solving, technical and data analysis skills to help Senior team with extracting and prepping data for analytical purposes, addressing business problems and developing strategy. Candidates will have experience developing scripts and ability to assist in developing dashboards. Preferred experience includes advanced analytics, including data visualization tools (Tableau, Microstrategy), database and/or statistical programming languages for ETL processes and basic analysis (SAS, Python, R, etc). Part-time role working approximately 25 hours per week.

This role is on-site with our client located in Kansas City. The right candidate will be able to deliver and execute the client’s visual language and user experience across all channels to deliver a measurable impact on the business. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
Looking for an experienced video producer for a contract-to-hire role within a creative corporate advertising environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production for television broadcast and digital content, including commercials, social media outreach, internal messages, and live broadcast. This role will collaborate with writers and creative directors to review topics, develop a budget, create timelines, and produce content. Primary responsibilities include planning and supervising all phases of production for day-to-day operations, concept development, production, post-production, and adaptation while managing within budget and timelines for projects. This role will also produce segments, edit footage, and manage team members including editors, sound mixers, camera operators, graphic artists, and talent. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required.
On-going contract graphic design role with an in-house marketing team. Must have experience creating graphics for print and digital design pieces, including catalogs, brochures, flyers, direct mailers, banner ads, social media graphics, email templates, trade show materials, and additional marketing collateral. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus. Portfolio required. Up to 40 hours/week, on-site. Potential contract-to-hire.
Social Media Manager
Part of an in-house marketing team that will manage social media activity through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Requires 5+ years of experience managing social media channels, preferably also upholding brand standards and displaying creative thinking. Ideal candidate has demonstrated value as a team member. This is an on-going contract position. Up to 15 hours/week, mostly remote, but requires around 2 hours/week on-site.
Advertising Traffic Manager
Integral part of an in-house creative and production team that handles advertising, promotions, and other creative assets. This person manages workflow for assigned jobs, utilizing a project tracking system and managing communication with all key project participants. Must have excellent project management and communication skills, with agency/or and traffic experience preferred.
