Required: 3-4 years prior experience in SEO, paid search, marketplace and online marketing; Proficient in Site Analytics Tool. Google Adwords Certification a plus.

Manager of Campaign & Content Planning

Seeking an experienced professional to join our client’s Channel Marketing team. This role is a hybrid position and candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Omaha NE.  The Manager of Campaign & Content Planning is responsible for establishing our client’s campaigns and supporting messaging to bring their brand to life through relevant, well-timed content on the right channels. Working closely with marketing leaders, you will plan key messages throughout the year by owning the omni-channel marketing and promotion calendar, ensuring omni-channel alignment and activation. This includes oversight for owned content and organic social platforms as well as building relationships with other marketing managers to ensure consistency in messaging across channels. You are the go to for industry insights in social and content, keeping a pulse on current trends to drive in-season adjustments as needed. This role guides a cohesive team that effectively plans and executes an omni-channel experience. This team will implement the brand vision and story across channels, including value props, product, promotion, content strategy and campaign messaging.

Production Artist  - 15-20 hours per week, hybrid

We are working with our client, a high-energy, fast-paced, growing agency to find a Production Artist to help their team create digital and print work for clients. This is a 15-20 hour per week role, hybrid work environment. The Production Artist plays a critical role in assuring the accuracy and creative integrity of every asset our client creates. The right candidate will be extremely attentive to detail and love digging into complex projects that require both focus and talent. This position reports directly to the agency’s owner and Chief Creative Strategist, but daily assignments will be managed and reviewed by the Communications Strategist and Communications Specialist. The Production Artist will also work directly with agency clients, as well as vendors and independent contractor partners.

This role will own the day-to-day client relationship and project management. We are seeking a Customer Insights Manager to join the creative team of our client located in Omaha, NE. Candidates must be willing to live in the Omaha area. The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for improving the understanding of our client’s customers at every point in their journey. From brand perceptions, product preferences, marketing, and promotion relevancy, personalization needs, to channel purchase and loyalty behavior, the Customer Insights Manager will discover, compile, interpret and report in real-time, giving our client a clear and actionable picture of their customers in every segment. Candidates will have expertise in qualitative and quantitative research program management, insights and data analysis, focus group moderation, Net Promotor scoring, CSAT, reporting, Skilled in Microsoft apps, Domo, research tools and brand tracker platforms. Manager, Business Affairs

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join the Content Management (CoMa) team of our client. This individual will be adept in the principles and methodologies of business affairs including knowledge of all aspects of talent (both non-union + SAG), rights and clearances for marketing, production and branded content, vendor and talent estimates, negotiating licensing/relicensing and fees and navigating various stages of finalizing a contract. As a member CoMa team,  rock-solid process, rigor and cutting-edge tools/technology are critical to making creative development more streamlined and time- and cost-efficient; you must operate according to, evangelize and constantly improve this CoMa way of working. We are seeking a seasoned Production Artist to assist and support the design team of our growing client in Lenexa KS.  This role is responsible for file prep and file management of assets including packaging graphics, marketing assets, email graphics, site graphics, social graphics and imagery. This is a contract position, 30-40 hours per week, onsite. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player and is goal-oriented. This person will also learn, contribute and maintain the aesthetic of the brand and private labels and support the design team with creative ideas, illustration, design and typography work on a variety of projects.
