[job description] => In this role, the Producer will bring a robust video production skillset with experience in providing content that captivates and motivates audiences. You will work with a dynamic team onsite four days/week (Monday – Thursday, remote on Friday) and bring your expertise with cutting-edge techniques and technologies to consistently deliver media that meets and exceeds high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative production of marketing, product, sales, and customer testimonial videos following brand standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a vision and conceive designs for innovative videos to promote the organization
- Plan, produce and edit videos, from conception to final product, including the development of storyboards, shot list, on-site personnel coordination, sound editing and graphical elements
- Motion graphic production, including text animations, special effects, 2D and 3D images for use in all marketing materials, including web and digital displays
- Propose innovative strategies to elevate the company's brand and video content, encompassing all aspects of production and distribution
- Organize, manage and curate a digital media library
- Provide support, formatting, production, distribution and placement for videos
- Work with team to ensure vendor-driven assets are consistent with internally created assets
- Ensure Brand alignment across all projects
Required Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Marketing, Photography, Video Production, Visual Design, Broadcast Journalism or other related major or equivalent professional experience
- 3- 5 years' experience with professional video production, photography and/or digital animation
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of video production, editing software and animation tools
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and motion design principles
- Intermediate knowledge of color grading, Photoshop and Lightroom and lighting techniques for video and photography
- Intermediate knowledge of lighting techniques for video and photography
- Knowledge and aptitude of adjacent or complimentary software such as SketchUp 3ds Max, Cinema The Client, or others
- Experience with digital cameras, cinema lenses, lighting and audio equipment
Additional Skills and Attributes:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, marketing stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Exhibit independence and agility in managing tasks, adapting swiftly to changing priorities while ensuring quality results
- Ability to travel 20% with flexibility in scheduling as needed
