One of our guiding principles is confidentiality. We pledge to
protect the confidential nature of your search and your resume.
In turn,
we expect you to protect the confidentiality of the information
we share with you about our clients, their business and their
jobs.
top Honesty from You
We expect your honesty. Our mutual success depends on it. At
some point in the process, we will verify the facts you provide
us. If
we find you have misrepresented any part of your history or experience,
we reserve the right to protect the interests of our clients
and sever our association.

Your Advocate
When we introduce you to a potential employer (with your prior
knowledge, of course), we will work as your advocate to the
best of our ability
with that employer. Our agreement with that employer is that
if they hire you anytime during the next 12 months, that will
trigger a recruiting
fee to us, and they have agreed to that.

Solicitation
It is our practice not to directly solicit job candidates
from active client firms. We may, however, receive unsolicited
inquiries
or resumes
from within client firms. In these cases, we protect confidentiality
just as we would with any other communication.
