Director of SEO
Lead and supervise the SEO services of a digital agency with a variety of B2B and B2C clients. This person will direct
a team of five SEO tacticians to drive clients’ brand awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversions. Must have
5-7 years of experience (preferably agency) in SEO leadership, and a track of record of partnering with paid search,
content marketing, social media, and advertising, plus ability to present recommendations and build client
relationships. Requires Google Analytics certification plus experience with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console,
and other search and testing tools.
Experienced media planner/buyer position being created within agency media team, to focus on traditional/offline
media. This person needs a track record (3+ years) of planning and buying for spot TV, radio, out-of-home, print, and
some digital. Strong negotiation skills are mandatory, plus solid presentation skills. Quantitative and analytical skills
are a given, plus media management and project management systems. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Senior Designer (not in KC)
Accomplished print and digital designer needed for an agency that specializes in strategy and product/service
launches. The ideal candidate is a rockstar with design and equally as passionate about technology. This person will
be a key creative leader in a multidisciplinary team, finding creative solutions both traditional and new. Must have
familiarity with prototyping tools (like Sketch, Adobe XD), strong background with UX/UI, and experience with full life
cycle digital projects, from concept through go-live. 7-10 years experience with 5+ years in a digital agency or digital
Director of Digital Technologies (not in KC)
Leadership of an agency digital team (both internal specialists and external partners), to leverage technology for
client branding and campaigns. Must have broad and deep technology skills as well as an affinity for creative people
and solutions, and demonstrated track record with successful solutions and launches. Must have 7-10 years
experience, with agency, including 3+ years of managing a team and developing web-based applications. Needs
ability to provide strategic guidance, sell through solutions to teams and clients, and participate in new business
efforts. Skills in process workflow, agile methodologies, IA/UX, various CMS, testing techniques, and a desire for

Senior Designer, Motion Graphics (not in KC)
New addition to creative team within established production and post-production house in the Midwest, working
worldwide with premier agencies and brands. Must be an accomplished motion graphics designer with a reel showing
unique and creative solutions (and expert level in After Effects, Illustrator, and C4D or Maya), along with excellent
presentation skills. The right person has a path to leadership here. Relocation package available.
Long-term, 40 hour/week contract role with creative marketing department within the retail industry. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency and quality of the information displayed on multiple company websites. Position requires a very high level of attention to detail as this role is responsible for setting up all items on the website which involves data entry, associating photos to each item, completing product details, placing items in the correct web merchandising categories and suggesting keyword search terms. This role is responsible for resolving digital customer service questions or issues. Must be able to read and write basic HTML and CSS. Basic Photoshop and web design/UX skills required. Excel and Adobe skills are necessary. Previous retail sales and/or merchandising experience is required. Potential for contract-to-direct hire.
