Position requires a track record in delivering large-scale new enterprise client relationships plus an appetite for visibility and high earnings. Requirements include 10+ years experience selling to enterprise accounts and working knowledge of Salesforce. Prior experience with co-op and MDF programs and/or knowledge of the financial, insurance, restaurant or retail industries is preferred. Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

New position within marketing communications team to lead internal and external teams in creative development, social media, and content marketing strategies, to build brand awareness, capture audience engagement, and generate traffic and leads. Must have experience in running social media, digital and traditional advertising, sales support, email marketing, and supervising creatives. Must have familiarity with prototyping tools (like Sketch, Adobe XD), strong background with UX/UI, and experience with full life cycle digital projects, from concept through go-live. 7-10 years experience with 5+ years in a digital agency or digital marketing team.

Opportunity for a proven account team leader to step into a role that also encompasses strategy development for brands and launches. Must have a demonstrated ability to plan and implement use of traditional and digital channels and tools to deliver solutions, and a track record of collaboration with clients and with creative and technology partners. Requires writing marketing and strategy plans, developing relationships and subject matter expertise, and strong business acumen. 10+ years experience, including agency and B2B. Masters degree preferred.

Leadership of an agency digital team (both internal specialists and external partners), to leverage technology for client branding and campaigns. Must have broad and deep technology skills as well as an affinity for creative people and solutions, and demonstrated track record with successful solutions and launches. Must have 7-10 years experience, with agency, including 3+ years of managing a team and developing web-based applications. Needs ability to provide strategic guidance, sell through solutions to teams and clients, and participate in new business efforts. Skills in process workflow, agile methodologies, IA/UX, various CMS, testing techniques, and a desire for continuous learning. Happy culture in a thriving city.

Senior Designer, Motion Graphics (not in KC)

New addition to creative team within established production and post-production house in the Midwest, working worldwide with premier agencies and brands. Must be an accomplished motion graphics designer with a reel showing unique and creative solutions (and expert level in After Effects, Illustrator, and C4D or Maya), along with excellent presentation skills.
