Digital Image Catalogue Assistant (multiple positions)

Part-time support position in asset management for a large collection of digital images (illustration, photography, lettering, graphic elements), supplying key words and tagging within the image database. Ideal candidate has a degree or background in graphic design or fine art, with excellent software learning skills and the ability to create and adapt image tags for maximum internal search results. This person will work within a dedicated team and must be comfortable with high volume and fast pace.

Senior Production Artist

Experienced production artist needed for in-house design team, within local headquarters of a national consumer brand. This need is part-time and ongoing, on-site. Requires solid design portfolio in addition to excellence in PA skills, for traditional print plus signage, display, and dimensional.

Graphic Designer

Experienced graphic designer needed for in-house creative services team, to collaborate with copywriter and account team partners. Must have portfolio to demonstrate background with print collateral, advertising, presentation graphics, web/email, and multimedia. This person will also have responsibility for production, pre-press, digital asset management, and project workflow. Three-month assignment, 40 hours/week on-site.

Marketing and Operations Coordinator

Local professional association needs part-time (average 20 hrs/week), ongoing help to manage office communications, event coordination, website maintenance, and light project management. Ideal candidate has some office support experience, plus an affinity for membership communications and a flexible schedule. Needs professional demeanor and polished organizational skills.

Digital Project Manager

Experienced website project manager needed to work on two website projects in progress. Work is off-site but will require attending meetings, and projects will require part-time for several months. Must be experienced with project management for website development, from planning through execution, including scope, timelines and tracking, testing and implementation.


Corporate marketing team needs experienced copywriter (3+ years) to be on-call to cover vacation schedules through the summer. Background and portfolio should include advertising (print and web), collateral, video, social media, promotions, and presentations. Must have demonstrated ability to write to brand voice, with excellent grammar/spelling and strong storytelling.

Real Estate Content Writer

Specialized content writing for a residential real estate website. This assignment will be ongoing for the ideal candidate. Must have deep experience and knowledge in the field of residential real estate, able to identify and write about trends, so that published material can be promoted as forward-edge. Employer is an established publisher of subject matter expertise; this is an opportunity to establish a personal/professional brand.

Graphic Designers/Production Artists

Recurring needs for various contract positions with corporate and agency clients for designers with excellent skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
