Interactive Developer

Temporary role within a creative marketing department responsible for designing creative, modern graphics for emails as well as coding, testing and troubleshooting HTML in a coded ESP template. Must have a strong understanding of web-related designs including websites, social and mobile applications, banner advertisements, and digital content. Experience performing quality assurance and troubleshooting code renderings across multiple desktop and mobile devices is required.

UX/Graphic Designer

Skilled graphic designer needed with significant experience in UX, to lead development of website and web interface projects, as well as some app development. Responsible for creating and presenting wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows. Requirements include expertise with HTML/CSS, experience using web content management systems (WordPress and/or Wix), and a proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver). Potential for contract-to-direct hire.

Production Designer

Expert-level production art skills needed for this ongoing, part-time (20-30 hours/week) position. Must have worked with dimensional product and layout, to troubleshoot and make ready for printing, including packaging, displays, products, signage, and more. Requires excellent software skills, plus the ability to work in cross-functional teams with detailed instructions and work orders, to ensure accuracy and quality control.

Digital Asset Coordinator

Temporary position within creative services team, to manage digital assets including photography, illustrations, and other original art elements. Must have some design knowledge, plus ability to make judgment calls about classifying images and their possible application within an asset management system and digital art libraries. Previous experience with digital asset management preferred.

Communications Specialist

Temporary need for corporate communications specialist (3-5+ years of experience) with excellent skills in writing and project coordination. Must be able to write for both short and long-form needs, including email, newsletters, press releases, web content, articles, and more. Additional responsibilities including project management for meetings and internal communications.

Marketing Coordinator

Month-long assignment in corporate marketing team of multi-unit brand with brick-and-mortar locations. Must have field marketing and advertising experience, with communications and project management for both traditional and digital channels. Needs knowledge of media, creative, and production, and experience working with brand standards and local store marketing.

Graphic/Industrial Designer

Part-time role through August, to work specifically on 2D spatial drawings and diagrams. Must have specific experience in a CAD software program in addition to proficiency InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This person will work in a team that serves internal clients with specific space planning needs, so the job also requires good communication and organization skills.

Production Artist

Light hours, on-call need for skilled production artist to work with map exhibits for print and web publications. Must be a career freelancer with specific experience working with mapping elements, and able to archive existing and created assets. Needs are approximately quarterly, for a few hours at a time.

Production Designers

Ongoing occasional needs for temporary graphic designers with experience in product design and development. Must be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite and have an online portfolio with brand or consumer work.

Creative Assistants

Ongoing temporary assignments for creative assistants, mostly doing hand art. Perfect for career freelancers with manual art skills who would like to supplement with occasional work, or new graduates who are looking to get started.

PowerPoint Experts

Recurring needs for individuals with PowerPoint design expertise, and other presentation design skills. If interested, please send presentation design samples.

Graphic Designers/Production Artists

Recurring needs for various contract positions with corporate and agency clients for designers with excellent skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Positions range from part-time through 40 hours/week. Some positions require manual art skills, but not always required. Please provide portfolio along with resume.

Web Designers/Developers

Recurring needs for contract web design/development. Candidates should have good design sensibility and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as web programming languages and coding ability. Please send portfolio and/or live links with resume.
